No. Every board is built by taking a finished one and scrambling it with legal moves played in reverse, so a solution provably exists — replaying those moves forwards solves it. If you paint yourself into a corner, Undo and Restart are both there, and the Hint button searches from your current position and suggests a move from a line that genuinely wins, never a dead end.

Endless ramps gently from 3 up to 12 colours with two spare tubes. Hard gives you a single spare tube and caps at 9 colours — a real difficulty spike. Daily is one seeded puzzle that is identical for everyone on that date.
